Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and any8 ("Platform", "we", "us") which operates this website. This Agreement takes effect as soon as you use any part of the any8 platform, including the website, mobile application, gaming services, and all related functions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the any8 platform after any changes to the terms are published means you accept those updated terms.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between the user and any8.

User Eligibility

Use of the any8 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be fully met:

• You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• any8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or other valid identification document.
• Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 21 years of age will be terminated immediately and all account balances will be forfeited.

Residency Requirement

• You are responsible for ensuring that the use of online gambling platforms is lawful under the laws of your place of residence.
• any8 is not responsible if a user accesses the platform from a region that restricts or prohibits online gambling activity.

Personal Eligibility

• You must not have a serious gambling problem or be on the self-exclusion list of any responsible gambling programme.
• You are not acting as a representative or agent of any third party while using this platform.

Account Registration and Management

To use the full services of any8, users are required to register and maintain one valid account.

Account Registration

• Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts using the same or different information is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. False or misleading information may result in account closure without notice.
• The full name, date of birth, mobile number, and email registered must match a valid identification document.

Password Security

• You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• Do not share your account details with anyone, including family members. any8 will not be liable for any unauthorised activity that occurs in your account due to careless handling of your login information.
• If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact any8 customer support immediately via live chat or email.

Identity Verification (KYC)

any8 reserves the right to request full identity verification before processing a withdrawal or at any time deemed necessary. This process may require documents such as a MyKad, bank statement, or proof of current residential address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified period may result in a temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the any8 platform are subject to the following limits and conditions:

Payment Methods

any8 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

Transaction Limits

• Minimum deposit: RM50 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per withdrawal request.
• All amounts are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR) except for transactions using cryptocurrency, which will be displayed in the relevant crypto denomination.

Processing Times

Withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours from the time the request is approved. The actual processing time depends on the withdrawal method and the time the request is submitted. any8 is not responsible for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers.

User Responsibilities

• The bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawal must be in the same name as the any8 account holder.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the request being rejected.
• any8 reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks before approving any withdrawal.

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by any8 are subject to wagering requirements and the specific terms stated for each offer. Players are encouraged to read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting the offer.

Welcome Bonus

New players are eligible to receive a first bonus of 100% up to RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus value before any winnings earned using bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: A deposit of RM100 will yield a bonus of RM100, bringing the account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000 before a withdrawal is allowed. For a deposit of RM3,200, the bonus given is RM1,500 (the maximum cap), bringing the balance to RM4,700 with a wagering requirement of RM1,500 × 10 = RM15,000.

General Bonus Rules

• Each player is only eligible to claim the welcome bonus once.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash; wagering requirements must be met first.
• any8 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings if there is evidence of promotion abuse, including hedge betting across multiple accounts.
• The bonus value stated in any promotion is the maximum estimate — the actual amount depends on the deposit amount.

VIP Program

any8 offers a VIP programme with four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — with weekly cashback benefits that increase based on activity level:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.9%
• Platinum: weekly cashback up to 1.2%

VIP tier upgrades are based on consistent playing activity over time. VIP cashback is credited automatically and is subject to the wagering requirements set at the time of crediting.

Player Conduct and Prohibitions

any8 users are required to act honestly and responsibly at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balance:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any programme to gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Committing fraud, collusion, or any form of game manipulation with other players.
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities on the platform for personal financial gain.
• Using any payment method that is unauthorised or does not belong to you to deposit funds.
• Attempting to process transactions related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Registering an account using a false identity or another person's information without their consent.

any8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of involvement in activities that violate these terms. The outcome of an investigation may result in temporary suspension, permanent closure, or legal action depending on the severity of the violation.

Account Closure and Suspension

Closure by Player

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the any8 support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any eligible balance will be processed as a withdrawal once all wagering requirements have been met.

Self-Exclusion

For players who wish to take a break from gambling, any8 provides a self-exclusion option for a period that can be set by the player. While a self-exclusion period is active, logging in to the account will not be permitted. This is part of any8's commitment to responsible gambling.

Closure by any8

any8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice if there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or illegal activity. In such cases, any balance may be forfeited subject to the outcome of an internal investigation.

The any8 platform is provided "as is" and any8 makes no express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of information within the platform.

• Game outcomes generated randomly are final. Any claim of unfairness must be raised through official channels.
• any8 is not liable for any indirect losses, loss of income, or loss of opportunity experienced by players.
• Gambling carries financial risk. any8 encourages all users to bet within their means and to seek professional help if gambling begins to affect their daily life.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Law

Right to Amend
